Beyond Couch to 5K

Millions have completed a Couch to 5K adventure

But what then?  For many a full stop. A lack of motivation to keep going, either to maintain fitness or try something new.

I'll work with you to either help you embed your initial achievement and keep running, keep fit and feel great about yourself. Or I'll help you take that next leap, to aim for a 10km distance, or a 5km race; whatever you fancy aiming for.  We'll work together to make that dream come true in a realistic and safe way.  This is about running for health not just for fitness.

Running Healthy Coaching can be done either face to face or virtually and offered as a package which will give you a more in-depth level of support.

The face to face package includes:

  • 2 hour fitness assessment

  • 1 hour goal setting session

  • 12 week bespoke health and fitness plan

  • Weekly face to face PT running sessions for the 12 weeks.

Virtual package:

  • 2 hour fitness assessment via video

  • 1 hour goal setting session via video

  • 12 week bespoke health and fitness plan

  • Weekly 60 min strength and flexibility sessions via video

Virtual package lite:

  • 2 hour fitness assessment via video

  • 1 hour goal setting session via video

  • 12 week bespoke health and fitness plan

  • Weekly email progress updates
